The Orange County Pioneers are in need of highly motivated and driven individuals to update game stories on our website and broadcast live games. 

Broadcaster Description:

Individual must be highly motivated and provide color commentary of our summer baseball games.  Knowledge of the game is extremely important.  Playing experience is not necessary, but a true desire and passion of the game must be demonstrated while broadcasting a live event.

Sportswriter:

The Sports writer will keep fans in touch with their favorite players and update them on the status of the Pioneer season. With television providing immediate coverage, in-depth reporting is expected from today's sports writer. You will not only write about what happens in the game, but the reason our team succeeds or fails. You will be our exclusive "beat" writer.

Besides game coverage, the sports writer will cover the team news, like player transactions and coaching changes. You will  write feature stories on players and coaches, and provide insight on trends involving our team. Basic knowledge of the sport is an absolute necessity, but player experience is not necessary.

Postings will be available at Cal State Fullerton and Long Beach State.
